COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Joslyn Clark MV77UO34A50 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jumo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kepco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jumo such as the 7011608015300125 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 15F4F1G4004 manufactured by Keb and we are pleased to be able to service most Keb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HB6A by Manufacturer Kepco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kar-tech Brand 1A0014C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kep such as MB8A3A2HR1 equipment made by Kep have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kep products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kep" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KBCC225R made by Kc-Electronics as well as the popular T30U033 original spares produced by Joslyn-Clark Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 07F4F1DBC01 by Keb and MB8A3A2HR1 spares by Kep are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JSMD02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Justek. |
